Our heavy‑duty blow‑bar clamping wedge (blow‑bar holder) is replaceable fastening spare part for impact crusher rotor. It adopts inclined‑surface wedge structure, tightly clamps and locks blow‑bars during high‑speed rotor operation to prevent blow‑bar loosening or flying out. Made of high‑strength alloy steel, excellent shock‑resistance, not easy to deform under heavy impact load. Precise machining ensures good fitting tolerance for blow bars.
Note: This part is clamping wedge for fixing blow bars, not the integrated rotor blow‑bar seat which is integrated on rotor body and cannot be replaced separately.
Multiple models fit for different impact crushers. OEM and custom service based on drawings or samples are available. Widely used in quarry, mining and aggregate crushing plant.
Although it appears closely fitted on rotor assembly, this clamping wedge is detachable replaceable spare part, not welded to rotor.
