Cement Conveyor Impact Bed With Bumper Rubber & Impact Rubber Strips

Heavy‑duty red steel frame impact bed is installed at the feeding point of belt conveyor. Equipped with high‑elastic wear‑resistant bumper rubber and impact rubber buffer strips, it effectively absorbs impact force from falling bulk materials, protects rubber conveyor belt from tearing, puncture and abrasion. The buffer strip adopts UHMWPE surface and rubber cushion layer, low friction and good shock absorption. It can be matched with impact idlers according to working conditions, reduces maintenance frequency and extends service life of conveyor system. Customizable width and trough angle are available for cement plant bulk material conveying.
