Grinding roller tyre (roller sleeve) is the key wear spare part for vertical raw mill. It is heat fitted onto the roller hub to grind cement raw meal together with mill table liner.
Made of high chromium alloy cast steel, it features excellent wear resistance and impact resistance under heavy grinding load.
There are two types of roller tyre: integral one-piece roller tyre (widely used for Loesche, Pfeiffer vertical mills) and segmented tile type roller sleeve, mainly applied on Chinese exported vertical mills.
