Rotary Kiln Thrust Roller / Retaining Wheel, Cast & Forged Type for Cement Plant

Our rotary kiln thrust roller (retaining wheel) is critical spare part for cement rotary kiln, used to control axial floating of kiln shell and prevent axial displacement.

We supply two different versions: cast steel type and forged steel type.

1. Cast ZG42CrMo thrust roller Made by casting process, widely adopted for most medium‑small cement rotary kiln maintenance replacement. Cost‑effective, short delivery time. Suitable for general working condition.
2. Forged 42CrMo / 35CrMo thrust roller Made by hot forging, compact internal metal structure, excellent anti‑crack and anti‑fatigue performance. Long service life for large‑scale heavy‑load rotary kiln.

Hydraulic thrust roller assembly with base, bearing housing and hydraulic cylinder is also available. Custom production according to customer drawings and dimensions. Packed in wooden case for sea shipment.
