The rotary kiln thrust roller, also known as retaining roller, is an important load‑bearing component installed on the kiln support station. It bears the axial thrust from the riding ring and limits the axial drifting of rotary kiln shell, ensuring stable kiln running.
Working under heavy load, high ambient temperature and dusty environment. Main materials include forged alloy steel 42CrMo / 35CrMo or cast steel ZG42CrMo. Working surface adopts quenching & tempering plus surface hardening treatment, surface hardness HRC40‑50.
All items are custom manufactured strictly according to customer drawings or samples. No stock available. Production process includes forging/casting, heat treatment, rough machining, surface hardening, finish machining and non‑destructive inspection.
Export packing with anti‑rust treatment, fixed by steel frame or heavy wooden case for sea shipment.
Lead time: 30‑60 days after drawing confirmation, subject to size and quantity.
