Rotary kiln riding ring, also known as kiln tyre or supporting band, is one of the key load‑bearing parts of cement rotary kiln. It transfers the total weight of kiln shell, refractory bricks and materials to the support rollers. It keeps the kiln cylinder rotating smoothly and safely under heavy load.
Main material is ZG45 cast steel (ZG310-570), ZG42CrMo alloy cast steel optional for heavy-duty large kilns. Through heat treatment and precision machining. It features high compressive strength, good impact resistance and long service life.
Custom made by drawing, no stock. We can produce riding rings (supporting bands) as per your drawings and technical parameters. Each piece will go through strict quality inspection before delivery, for new kiln assembly and old kiln replacement.
Packed in solid wooden case for sea transportation. Please provide drawings for precise quotation.
