Ball mill discharge grate plate is the key wear‑resistant component fitted at the discharge end of ball mill. It allows fine ground material to flow out through slot openings while retaining grinding media inside the mill. Proper slot dimension and wear resistance directly influence mill output, product fineness and normal operation.
Subject to continuous abrasive wear and impact from material and grinding balls. Common materials are high manganese steel ZGMn13 / ZG120Mn13Cr2 and high‑chromium cast iron. Slot width, plate profile and bolt hole layout follow customer original drawing.
All discharge grate plates are custom‑made per drawings or samples, no stock available. Can be supplied as a full circular set or individual sector pieces for replacement. Manufacturing process includes casting, heat treatment, machining and quality inspection.
Export packing with anti‑rust treatment, palletized or steel‑frame fixed for sea freight.
Lead time: 25‑50 days after drawing confirmation, subject to size and quantity.
