Ball mill spherical babbitt bearing, also known as trunnion bushing, is the core sliding bearing spare part for large‑size cement ball mill main bearing. It bears the full weight of mill shell, liners and grinding media during mill running.

The bearing shell adopts high‑strength cast steel or cast iron base, inner surface centrifugally cast with high‑quality tin‑base babbitt alloy. Good friction reduction, anti‑scuffing and load‑bearing performance, stable under heavy‑load continuous operation.

All spherical babbitt bearings are custom‑made by customer drawings, no stock available. We produce according to your drawing dimension, babbitt alloy grade and technical requirements.
