Ball mill partition plate, also called intermediate diaphragm, is the key wear‑resistant component installed inside multi‑chamber ball mill. It divides the mill into different grinding chambers, separates grinding media of different sizes, controls material flow rate between chambers, and guarantees grinding efficiency.

It works under continuous impact and abrasion from grinding balls and raw material. Main materials adopt high manganese steel ZGMn13 / ZG120Mn13Cr2 or wear‑resistant alloy cast steel. The slot size and plate profile are manufactured according to original drawing requirements.

All partition plates are custom‑made by customer drawings or samples, no stock available. Complete set includes grate sector plates, center plate, lifter plates and fastening bolts; single‑piece replacement is also supported. Production includes casting, heat treatment, machining and inspection.

Export packing with anti‑rust treatment, palletized or fixed in steel frame for sea shipment.
Lead time: 25‑50 days after drawing confirmation, depending on size and quantity.
